Nata Loden Tribe [/center] Nata stalked to and fro within the confines of her tent, silently fuming. She knew that eventually she would have to apologize to Tieg for her rudeness in his tent. Perhaps even find the tall man that had been questioning her and Dougan. She hadn't meant to bristle, but she was already worried for her missing scout. I should have held him back. Partnered him. Not alone. Not yet. Too young. The words formed a relentless litany in her mind. But even Tieg had agreed that the boy was old enough to go on his own, if she deemed him ready. He would never forgive her if she held him back after that. She was still pacing when someone rapped on the wooden frame of her tent. Thrusting the flap back, she peered out to see Dougan, scowling toward the east. He turned to look at her as she stepped out, perking an eyebrow curiously. "Your missing scout was on eastern watch. Scouts saw a strange light that way," he began, grabbing her arm before she could dive back into her tent for her gear. "Got a pair headed out to check on it. Don't need you bolting off now, Nata." His gruff voice compelled her to stop. "When?" she asked curtly, craning her neck, as though to try to see the light for herself. Dougan pulled her with him, steering her from the tent toward the headman's tent. Of course, such an situation would merit Kelton's attention. Tieg was already heading toward him from his own tent as well. "Just a few minutes ago. One of the scouts saw it," Dougan replied, instinctively moving to flank Tieg as they approached the headman, drawing Nata with him. He fell silent as they fell into step behind the lead hunter, looking to their headman. "What's going on, Tieg? Boy here says there's some commotion?" Kelton asked, perking an eyebrow as he placed a hand on a young lad standing before him, panting. Often, the younger children of the tribe acted as messengers when their elders needed something passed along quickly. Tieg shot the child a thankful look and turned his attention to the headman. "Yes, headman. Some scouts spotted something odd on the eastern borders. It's being looked into, but I thought that you should be informed," Tieg explained, inclining his head respectfully. Kelton squeezed the child's shoulder gently before gesturing him away to play and moved to direct Tieg to the woven grass mats before his tent. Tieg sat beside him, cross-legged, before a cleared patch of earth and frowned. "One of Nata's scouts hasn't returned from last night's watch, Kelton," he continued, dropping formalities. "He was off that way." Kelton frowned, casting a glance to the tall female scout as she and Dougan stood beside Tieg's mat. "Do you think something's happened?" Tieg and the scouts could only shake their heads, shrugging. "May the Father protect him... Who's missing, Nata?" The tall woman stiffened, her lips thinning with worry as she looked to the headman. "My son."

Ben As Ben looked about he noted a couple of younger ones running and playing as one of the boys runs by Ben can hear the boys talking about the meeting between the head man and Tieg. *Well its worth a shot* with that Ben heads towards the head mans tent.
