Leona Leona grinned merrily, "Mhmn, I promised that I'd return in a few moons, did I not?" All traces of the halting speech she once had were gone as well as the hint of uncertainty. As she settled down next to Kelton she smirked, "Busy, moreso than usual." She grinned slightly, almost eagerly anticipating the round of bartering she'd likely be engaging in tomarrow. She picked out a few more familiar faces in the crowd and snickered, "She may yet get that turquoise, looks like a promising trade she's got going hmn?" She also managed to pick out Keltons son amongst the crowd, he was likely either comeing or going - usualy going more than anything in her opinion, "He settled yet, Father?" She cast Kelton a sidelong glance, wondering ever so slightly why he'd not attempted or made any attempts to 'casualy' pair them both off to eachother yet.

Kitsune As Tieg looked at the picture he bit his lip and Kit's stomach dropped at the words the came out of Tieg's mouth "so he as made it this far sir," with that a small whimper escaped Kit's mouth "did he leave anything behind a piece of parchment, or talked to anyone." with that said Kit's face turn with more worry and sadness "please tell me he left something some clue or..... or..." with that Kit's hands begin to shack and quiver with fear as the images from that night play harshly in his mind

Loden Tribe Tieg Tieg offered the younger man a sympathetic look as he whimpered slightly. He wished that he could do more for the young therian, as his hands began to shake. The larger therian paused, tilting his head slightly as his brow furrowed thoughtfully. "Perhaps..." He shifted to rise to his feet and took a few quick steps to the edge of the tent. Rifling through the items there, he drew out a finely crafted dagger, wrapped in vellum. "When he moved on, he left a few items in his tent. Mostly things that were of little use. This though..." Tieg moved to show Kitsune the dagger, crafted with the likeness of a running fox along the hilt. "May this be of use to you?"

as the large man hand Kit the dagger Kit begins to shack and cry "This was my mother's," unwrapping it a small piece of parchment flutters to the ground. scooping it up with care Kit looks the piece of parchment over it was a note from that man and it said To my little blue eyed fox
you have followed every little clue, and i am proud of you for that. You need to work on not letting yourself get worked up because if i really wanted to snatch you i could have don't it in the arctic when you ran from your human toy. But do not fret my child i want you to break down and call my name i want you to break. letting the last bit of words echo in his mind he starts to shack as his hands begin to twist and turn from the change brought on by stress...

Loden Tribe Kelton Kelton looked back over his shoulder, his face brightening with a slow grin as he saw the young woman that had strayed from the tribe some few moon turns ago. He released her as she moved to sit beside him, nodding in agreement to her assessment of the trades. "Indeed, Tieg and I were noting that a few moments ago. You just missed him." He mirrored the girl's sidelong look, his lips tugging in a small, conspiratorial smirk. "Honestly? No, but Banta seems to be attempting to tame him." He perked an eyebrow, looking to Leona, a gleam of amusement entering his eyes. "A new hunting knife says she can," he offered, waiting to see if Leona would accept the bet. Tieg Tieg stepped back slightly to look aside, unwilling to possibly intrude on Kitsune as he accepted the dagger, shakily. The taller man shifted his weight uncomfortably from foot to foot, as though uneasy at the stranger's tears. In his unease, he almost overlooked the younger man's changes. He glanced toward Kitsune from the corner of his eye, then turned toward him fully as he saw him begin to shake, his hands twisting with the change. Cursing under his breath, Tieg crossed the short distance between them, reaching to attempt to catch Kitsune's arm. He couldn't allow him to change and pelt from the tent; not with so many around. Tieg tried to restrain the smaller man, praying that the Mother didn't let him slip from his grip. "Not now, boy. Not here," he hissed sternly. "Don't even think about jeopardizing my Pack. Calm yourself down enough to leave properly, then do as you wish out of sight," he continued, giving Kitsune a careful shake.

Leona, Loden Leona casualy looked back to Keltons son with a smile, "New hunting knife says I can't tame him, but set him free." She grins, winking to Kelton, holding up a rather finely designed knife with a soft wooden hilt carved with a stalking tiger upon it, "This is what I offer for the bet, Do you accept?" She was already eagerly anticipating ambushing the lad and coercing him into long hunting trips with her again.

as the large man grabs Kit's arms he looks up at the words and starts to calm himself enough to speak "Find my friend hes a rather tall human and tell him where i am." Kit swallows hard in hopes of calming himself to slow or stop the change.

Loden Tribe Tieg Tieg offered the smaller man an abrupt nod and released his arm long enough to move to the tent flap. Flipping it open, his eyes passed over those nearest his tent before seizing one, recognizing him as one of the tribe's sentries. "Stay here and guard my tent." Glancing back to Kitsune, he frowned slightly. "Remain here. No one will enter, before I return. There's a sentry posted." Without waiting to see if the man obeyed, Tieg slipped from the tent, lowering the flap again. Setting off for the guest tents, Tieg began his search for the man's companion, wishing he had something a bit more concise to go on. Kelton Kelton perked an eyebrow, a slow smirk forming. "Think so," he asked archly. Still smirking merrily, the man looked over her stakes with an appreciative whistle. "Very nice, lass... " He nodded, before offering her a hand. "Newly forged and crafted dagger against your pretty blade. Game?" He was waiting for the young woman's hand in return when he brow furrowed slightly, turning to look toward Tieg's tent, catching the movement from his tent from the corner of his eye. The large hunter claimed one of the sentries and pelted off for the guest tents. Casting a look back to Leona, he perked an eyebrow. "Shake on it, then see what's set a burr under our lead hunter's tail?"

Ben
from The long trip from the north Ben looks at all the traders as he makes his way around the camp. Making his way to the fire pit in the center as he looks around at the people haggling about the items for sale.

Leona, Loden Leona grinned and shook Keltons hand, slowly standing, "Aye, I'll accept that. And tt'll take but a moment to figure out whats set off Tieg." She gave Kelton's hand a firm shake before slinking off to Tiegs tent, eyeing the sentry she grinned, she'd become very familiar with all the sentries and hunters and merely had to see if the lad remembered her, "Hail there brother, What's gotten under Tiegs skin?" She shifted her weight slightly, hoping a stray breeze'd be kinda to her and blow the flap just enough for her to catch a glimpse of the interior.

Kitsune The boy fought with all his might to control the change but to no avail. He watched as his hands continued to change. Curling up like a fox he thought of the tricks to calm himself that he was toughed as a pup.

Loden Tribe Tieg Tieg made his way through those trading near the guest tents, his eyes scanning over those that he saw there. Tall, tall, tall... He paused, blinking as an exceptionally tall man came into view. Shaking his head slightly, as though to clear it, he set off toward the man. As he drew nearer, he extended a hand to brush the larger man's upper arm. "You are the friend of Kitsune of the islands?" he asked, his brow furrowing slightly. Kelton Kelton grinned, nodding as he shook with the mischievious lass that had adopted him as her own. As she set off for Tieg's tent, the Head Man started toward the lead hunter himself. Outside of Tieg's tent, the sentry shifted his weight from foot to foot, a bit puzzled at why he was guarding the hunter's tent at all. As Leona approached him, he straightened with an answering grin. "Hail, little sister." He paused, his expression clouding with confusion and some curiosity. "I couldn't tell you... He merely snatched me and set me to watch his tent..." Unfortunately for her and the curious sentry, the wind and Tieg's tent were not on their side. As with most of the living tents, a rod along the bottom of the tent flap was sewn into the hide itself, weighting it to keep the flap from being blown aside. Nights on the plains could easily become chilly and windy and such precautions kept the night air outside, helping warm the tents.

Leona, Loden Leona frowned, She had hopped to get lucky with a flash glimpse. She smiled graciously at the lad and then shrugged, "It must be important, and since he's not anywhere at hand I'll go ahead and be off - No need to stir anything up yet." She grinned, The Loden knew her antics by heart she'd not been much for speaking but she had caused her fair share of trouble. She quickly darted through the crowd after Keltons son with a sly grin, and easily caught the lad off guard with a more than sisterly hug, "Guess who's back?" She smilled merrily, not giving the lad much chance to speak before quickly whispering conspiratorily to him, "I've learned alot more since I've been gone - want to go out on the plain like old times? Please?"

Ben as the rather large man walked threw the crowds he smiled "I bet kit saw some rare piece of art he liked." with that the large man continued to look about at all the traders and there crafts. While the large man stopped to gaze at some ruby rings when a large man grabbed his arm, spinning ready for a fight when the man spoke "You are the friend of Kitsune from the islands." as fear spread threw his mind he spoke "whats wrong, what happened."

Loden Tribe Tieg Tieg raised a hand with a calming gesture as the larger man spun to face him, tensed. He watched the man carefully as he sought to explain , already moving to lead Ben toward his tent. "Your friend. He is distressed," Tieg began, hoping that the larger man would take his meaning. "He sent me for you." Tieg winced slightly as he caught sight of Kelton moving toward them. "Quiet now." Kelton reached them as Tieg cast Ben a look. "Something amiss, Tieg?" Kelton's brow furrowed with concern as he looked from his hunter to the taller northman in his grip. Tieg offered the Head Man a shake of his head and rueful grin. "No, Kelton. The lad that sought me seemed to have forgotten his companion in finding me. He speaks of a man that passed through before. Apparently they were not on good terms, and he was nervous to be without his friend further. I left a sentry with him," Tieg explained. "May I fill you in further once I've gotten it all from them?" Kelton perked an eyebrow slightly, then shrugged with a nod. "Of course, Tieg. Best return before Leona raids them..." the Head Man replied with a slight cough. Tieg's eyebrows rose slightly in unison, his eyes widening faintly. Kelton chuckled with a nod. "Back, for the time being." Tieg responded with another nod. "Then I had best return. Thank you, Head Man." With that, Tieg drew Ben with him, hastening back to his tent. Leona had already moved on, leaving a still perplexed sentry outside the tent. Pausing to lift the tent flap enough to allow Ben to duck in, he looked to the sentry. "Thank you, and you may go." Moving to enter the tent as well, Tieg looked to the smaller man within, frowning with concern. "Your companion is here, I believe." Helnas Helnas shook his head, with a good-natured curse toward the man who had just out manuevered his bets. Even so, he chuckled. One couldn't win all the time. The Father had turned his smile to another, evidently. Indeed, such musings were part of his surprise as Leona caught him in a hug. Before he truly looked to see just who had seized him, his arms were moving to return the embrace, a sly grin reaching his face. When he saw Leona in his arms, he blinked, freezing. Well, that was certainly friendly! "Leona!" he exclaimed, holding the young woman at arm's length to look at her, surprise mingling with a certain amount of pleasure in his eyes. She ran right over top of his words in a whisper that made his eyes go wide. Shaking his head slightly, he chided himself. Been spending too much time with Banta. Starting to think like her. He reached to scruff the young woman's hair affectionately, grinning. "Have you now?" He paused, pretending to consider her plea before offering a wider grin. "Let me tell inform Kelton and Tieg, then I'm yours."
